First Blog Yay!

My first blog describing the exploits of 2 Yankee fans, myself and John, who I do Sunday tickets with. Why start a blog? We've been talking about something to maybe record our times as Yankee fans, and share the good times with anyone who cares to read about them. =)

Some background info: I've been a Yankee fan since I was about 8, and really started following them when I was 12. John has been a fan for about 7-8 years or so. I started taking him to Yankee games when I was buying buttloads of the $5 dollar tickets when no one knew about them, and he got hooked on the Yankee way and tradition. We've known each other since junior high, so it's a great time at the games. The past 2 years, John has signed us up for Sunday package tix, and we sit at Section 23, row t. Our section has quite a number of regulars, which is great since many of us have gotten to know each other in the past 2 years.

Anyways, I wish we had started this at the beginning of the year, so we could have shared some of the experiences we've had at the games, but we have tentative tickets for the playoffs, and I definitely want to blog some of the other games we have been to. Hoping other people who have great stories will be able to share them too. See you soon...
