Late posting for last week =p

John picked up 2 bleacher seats to the one Yankees-Mets game at the Stadium, so we did the usual, though no barbecue. Chilled and drank in the lot, and came in. The line for the bleachers is ridiculous. You really need to get there an hour before game time to get in on time. What's silly is then, you end up losing whatever buzz you got from boozing beforehand, since they are alcohol-free. And listening to the moron Mets fans there sober was a bit much to take. I really would like to think that we as Yankee fans would not act the way they did while their team trounced ours, if the positions were reversed. Met some nice people there, who let me score some free Copenhagen, but other than that, I don't care much for the bleachers. You can't even lean back to chill, and it was so hot there.

But anyway, we'll be at the Boston game tonight, so hopefully the Yanks will pull out another one, like they did yesterday. Tailgating will start around 5:30, so we should be raring to go by the time we get in there. I'll post after the game if I'm not too tired from the festivities.
